Alerts notify you when a property matches your strategy — you then decide whether to make an offer manually. Automated bidding (Deal Engine and above) submits offers automatically based on rules you set: e.g., ‘offer 12% below asking on any 3-bed semi in M14 with estimated yield above 7%.’ You stay in control — set maximum offer limits and receive instant notifications when offers are submitted.

BMV alerts compare new listing prices against recent comparable sales in the same area, adjusted for property type and condition indicators. The 15%+ threshold minimises false positives. You can adjust the threshold in your strategy settings — some investors prefer 10%, others 20%+.

Deals arranged through JV introductions are between you and your partner — OFO facilitates the introduction but doesn’t take any cut of the deal. We earn from subscriptions, not transactions. Your JV terms are entirely between you and your co-investor.
