Browsing, searching, and getting a market estimate are free, with no email required until you make an offer. Sellers can test the market for free or list from 9.99 GBP a month. If you would rather hand the sale over, we introduce you to a local estate agent and you agree their fee with them directly.

Every estimate is a market estimate built from comparable sales, Land Registry sold prices and ONS property data, shown with a range and a confidence level - never a single unexplained number. Estimates are timestamped so you always know how current they are.
